All About me

I'm originally from Galicia, a beautiful region in northwest Spain known for its amazing food and great lifestyle. After finishing my studies and looking for opportunities within IT, I moved to Madrid where I started  my professional journey as a Network Engineer. After many IT projects among several years, where I learned a lot about enterprise networking and having enjoyed Madrid a lot,  I took an excellent opportunity that brought me to San Francisco in 2022, where I'm currently based. Now, I work as an IT Manager for a leading BioTech company in the Bay Area.

In a parallel life, I ventured into the world of blockchain. My journey began in early 2023 with the Solana Foundation’s TdS 22 program, which was a fantastic learning experience on the Testnet Network. Throughout 2023, my interest in the Solana ecosystem grew, especially with the successful performance of my Testnet Validator. This success phase has led me to join the Mainnet, a milestone I'm really excited about.

What do I bring to the Solana community? A commitment to continuous learning, driven by humility and passion. This project is at the forefront of Solana’s vision for decentralization and trustworthiness. I am open, passionate, and uphold strong integrity—values I integrate into this project and the broader ecosystem.

Why "StaRKe"? The name combines my gaming nickname "Rylock" (shortened to "RK") and "Stake," reflecting both my personal and professional digital identities in a sleek, memorable moniker.
